The new AI-powered HR Assistant is here to change all that. It's now part of your portal, ready whenever you need help. Here’s what it’s built to do:
Answer feature-related questions in plain language: Skip the help docs. Ask, “How can I send a document for signing?” or “How can I set up the integration with Google Calendar?” and get instant answers, directly in your workflow.
Troubleshoot common issues: If you feel that something is not working properly, or a setting has changed, like time off types not showing up or geolocation in time tracking is not enabled, it can help you identify what’s wrong and how to fix it.
Pull company-specific answers (with permission): Ask questions like “How many employees relocated last year?” or “When did Violet Jones join?” and get real-time answers from your company data. You control AI’s access to those, and can switch this off anytime.
In short, you no longer have to leave what you're doing just to figure out how to do it.
